Easy Care House Plants!

A lot of people know they can kill a plant pretty quickly and they don’t bother buying another one. What if I told you, you’re buying the wrong plants?? Here are a couple easy to care for house plants you’ll have to try even harder to kill!
POTHOS (THIS ONE IS A GOLDEN POTHOS)

Pothos come in many different varieties and are SUPER easy to take care of. They grow super duper fast when healthy and happy! They do well in low light (somewhere with one window, maybe), or they do well with indirect light (in a room with windows).

They only need to be watered maybe every ten days, usually when the soil feels dry to the touch. They also LOVE haircuts! I have a video on my Instagram showing how I clip nodes off to propagate (grow in water).

These are the clippings of my plant, and they start growing roots within 7-10 days!!

Snake Plant (Dracaena trifasciata)

This is a super cute plant to have in your home. If you don’t think it’s cute, it will grow on you. (Plant jokes, ha!) Anyway, this sucker only needs to be water every 2-3 weeks during the summer and maybe once a month during the winter!

Slide the bar back and forth to see the baby snake plant grow!!

Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum)

Now, this is a plant. The reason why I say that is because it tells you EXACTLY what it wants. A couple of weeks ago, this plant looked like it was ready to die on me. It was limp and just looking sad as hell. Little did I know it just needed water! Peace Lilies really don’t need much water, but it will tell you when it’s thirsty, and go ahead and give it a good drink. They don’t need much light (I moved the plant for the photo), but I have a couple in a low-lit room.

Make sure to follow my other social media accounts! (If I made my website right, they should be linked at the bottom of the page, haha) Talk to you soon, H
